This acquisition builds on the ecosystem we are cultivating alongside Raven RSM — bringing together two trusted leaders to strengthen the full spectrum of rescue, safety and medical.

Since 2006, Dynamic has been a Canadian leader in technical rescue training, standby services, and equipment sales. Dynamic has supported fire departments and industrial partners across Western Canada for nearly two decades, helping ensure safer workplaces and more resilient emergency response systems.

Like Raven, Dynamic is a full-service provider and one-stop resource for their clients. Together, the two companies form a powerhouse in safety and rescue, delivering training, services, and equipment that cover every element — from water to fire, technical to medical.

What Dynamic Does

Dynamic supports fire departments and industry with a broad range of services, all rooted in real-world expertise.

Training: Specializing in confined space, rope, and high-angle rescue, Dynamic’s training is delivered by instructors who serve actively in fire service and emergency response. This ensures every course is grounded in real-world application and designed for retention when it matters most.

Standby & Services: Dynamic provides standby rescue for industrial sites and high-risk projects, bringing the same uncompromising quality of their classroom programs to on-the-ground operations. They also support clients with records management, permitting systems, and documentation that meet and exceed safety standards.

Equipment: As with Raven, Dynamic sells and sources fit-for-purpose rescue equipment, ensuring fire service and industry clients have access to the right tools when they need them.

The Instructors:
Dynamic’s principals and lead instructors are all experienced trainers in both industry and the fire service. This unique blend of knowledge allows them to adapt to client needs while maintaining the highest standards of rescue and safety.

This acquisition was led by CEO-in-Residence, Jessica Cullen, who will steward Dynamic’s integration into the Regenerative Capital Group ecosystem. Alongside the teams at Raven and Dynamic, Jessica will focus on expanding the companies’ offerings, deepening collaboration, and embedding regenerative practices across their shared work.

Both companies will  share knowledge, resources, and regenerative business practices — making safety training, emergency response, and rescue more accessible, resilient, and locally empowered.
