Ottawa, ON – May 11, 2026 – Regenerative Capital Group ("RCG") has acquired HealthCraft Products Ltd., a Canadian leader in fall-prevention and aging-in-place solutions for more than 30 years.

HealthCraft designs and supplies medical-grade products that support safety, mobility, and independence at home. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related hospitalizations among older Canadians, costing the health care system an estimated $5.6 billion annually, a number that will only grow as the population ages.

The transaction marks a planned leadership transition and positions the company for its next stage of growth. HealthCraft will continue to serve households and clinical partners with the same standards of quality and trust. 

Mike McNeil, CEO-in-Residence at Regenerative Capital Group, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. McNeil has spent his career supporting Canadian entrepreneurs and growth-stage companies.
