Toronto, ON – October 2, 2026 – Regenerative Capital Group ("RCG") has acquired Lange Transportation & Storage Ltd. (“Lange”), a Canadian leader in specialized third-party logistics. 

For nearly four decades, Lange has helped businesses move, store, manage, and deliver what matters most through customized transportation, logistics, warehousing, and event support solutions. Increasing international trade, e-commerce growth and the resurgence of in-person experiential events have created long-term growth opportunities for 3PL companies. Lange has expanded its capabilities as it has continuously adapted to client needs and industry demands. 

The transaction represents a long-term succession plan for the business, positioning it for its next phase of growth and impact. Lange will continue to serve its customers and partners with the same standards of excellence and integrity. 

Mei Burgin, CEO-in-Residence at Regenerative Capital Group, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Burgin has 25 years of leadership experience at organizations such as IBM, MaRS, Opus One, and General Electric.
