Becoming a CEO-In-Residence

This lengthy process requires commitment, ambition, and courage, ultimately promising life-changing rewards for both CEOs and society.

    Research Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and Regenerative Business approaches to get a better understanding of the terminology. Click HERE for more resources.

    1. Complete the short Expression of Interest application form along with your resume and cover letter.

    2. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a candidacy video.

  • Interview Round 1: A 60-min virtual interview with the leadership team. This interview will include a case study that candidates will be asked to prepare in advance.

    Interview Round 2: A 90-min virtual interview where candidates are asked to prepare in advance an in-depth case study and the three industries of interest for their search thesis. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 days to prepare.

    Final Selection: 12 finalists will be invited to an evaluation week where their leadership skills and business acumen will be tested and fit with the Regenerative Capital Group team and values will be evaluated. Reference and background checks will be done as part of this step.

  • CEOs-in-Residence will be offered an employment contract with Regenerative Capital Group, including salary and all resources required during your search, until you become CEO of your acquired company.

  • Through a 10-day in-person bootcamp, set in a beautiful location, CEOs-in-Residence will go through an intensive bootcamp that will prepare them for the search phase and begin their Regenerative Leadership training.

  • CEOs-in-Residence are given up to 18 months to complete the search phase and acquire a company. Throughout this process they will be supported by the Regenerative Capital Group value creation and deal teams and receive on-going Regenerative Leadership training to prepare to step into the role of CEO.

  • As CEO of a company acquired with Regenerative Capital Group, the real work begins - leading your team, business, and wider ecosystem on a journey towards greater value creation and Regenerative impact.
