Our Values

Regenerative Leadership

Leadership for a regenerative future is at the heart of our  impact and investment thesis, and why we exist.

Regenerative Leadership starts by asking ourselves how we work to enrich life. It is a radical repurposing of personal growth, development, and business leadership based on life-centered principles.

Regenerative Leaders inspire personal growth and organizational cultures to aim for individual, collective, and planetary wins through systemic solutions that nurture social, ecological and economic health and wellbeing. This results in better business strategy, and is ultimately more profitable, purposeful, and impactful.

Responsible Stewardship

Stewardship of legacy businesses that we acquire is of utmost importance. We seek to honor the founders and teams who have done the incredibly challenging work of launching and growing businesses, as well as the social and economic capital that they have created. Stewarding a successful transition is a massive undertaking, and RCG has an impeccable track record in doing so.

Stewarding and transitioning these businesses and their wider stakeholder ecosystems towards a regenerative future is where we ultimately drive greater value creation and impact.

Health First

Generating ‘health’ is at the root of regenerative value creation. A living system is not measured on productivity & efficiency, but measured on intrinsic health. Where there is health, productivity takes care of itself.

Health First requires us to continuously question how we might create conditions for health by considering whether our actions and decisions support wider systemic value creation.

Healthy living systems are constantly evolving and remain healthy by aligning their evolution with the principles of nature. Healthy individuals living in healthy communities, acting responsibly in healthy societies, nurturing healthy ecosystems, is the basis for a healthy biosphere and future together.

Attitude of Possibility

Attitude is everything. Regardless of circumstance, those who work to continuously cultivate an attitude of possibility consistently innovate, succeed, and are more enjoyable to work and play with.

Nurturing an attitude of possibility within ourselves and in those around us affords the greatest potential for us to live into the world we wish to create together.
